The Heritage Group staffs a Licensed Architect and a
Licensed Contractor in the State of California. We
have worked as Architects in California for
twenty-four (24) years, specializing in a style that
blends function with the traditions and environment
that surround our projects. Among our satisfied
clients are the Community Redevelopment Agency of Los
Angeles and Glendale, numerous property management
firms and private individuals. The Heritage Group has
been responsible for both historic and vintage
commercial projects such as a rehabilitation of an 80
year old bank building in the City of Glendale,
renovation of shopping centers designed in the 1950's
and improvements to homes from the 1920's. These
projects have presented our staff with ample
opportunities to use their knowledge and creativity
to develop designs, which meets legislative
requirements as well as those of property owners and
